Regulations of the Craft Art Industry online store

hereinafter referred to as the Administrator.
These regulations define the conditions for the operation and use of the online store, hereinafter
referred to as the Website, the rights and obligations and the scope of responsibility of the
Administrator and Users. Each User, hereinafter referred to as the Customer, may undertake
activities related to the purchase of any goods after prior consent and acceptance of all
provisions of the Regulations.

§1 General information

1. The website sells via the Internet. Orders can be placed 24 hours a day, except for
technical and maintenance breaks.
2. The client may be an adult natural person, legal person or an organizational unit without
legal personality.
3. The condition for the provision of services by the Website is to read the Regulations and
accept all its provisions.
4. The website offers used and restored products.
5. The photos of goods posted on the Website may slightly differ in the minimum color tone
from the actual condition.
6. All rights to brands and trademarks presented on the Website belong to their owners and
are protected under international law.
7. In the case of some goods placed in the store, despite their original specialized purpose,
the Administrator reserves that these goods are intended solely for decorative purposes.

§2 Orders

1. Orders are accepted via the purchase form placed on each subpage of the Website with
a given product, by phone and e-mail. To complete the order, it is necessary to provide
the delivery address (name and surname, street and house and flat number, zip code,
city, country) and contact details (name and surname, telephone number, e-mail
address).
2. At the time of placing an order, the Customer concludes a sales contract for the ordered
goods with the Administrator.
3. In the event of providing false or incomplete data – the Administrator will contact the
Buyer to complete or correct them. If the contact is not possible, the Website may
withdraw from the sales contract.
4. The order is accepted for execution after receiving confirmation of positive authorization
from the payment system on the Website or after the payment is credited to the
Administrator’s account.
5. The commencement of order fulfillment is confirmed by the Website by e-mail.
6. In the absence of the ordered goods, if the payment has been made in advance, the
refund will be made immediately to the Customer’s account from which the payment was
made or to another bank account indicated by the Customer) If some of the goods
covered by the order are unavailable, the Administrator will contact the Customer, who
will decide on the method of order fulfillment (partial execution, extension of the waiting
time or cancellation of the entire order).

§3 Commodity prices

1. All prices include tax. The price given for each product is binding at the time of placing
the order by the Customer.
2. The Administrator reserves the right to change the prices and descriptions of goods on
the Website’s offer.
3. Product prices do not include shipping costs and any customs duties. Shipping costs are
visible for each product or to be agreed (for large items).
§4 Payments

2. Invoices for purchased items are sent with the goods in the form of a printout. If the
customer wants to receive an invoice – he is obliged to send via the contact form or by e-
mail the relevant company data along with the tax identification number. Invoices are
sent in the form of a letter or by e-mail as a PDF attachment, depending on the
customer’s will.

§5 Delivery costs and dates

1. We deliver shipments via courier companies or dedicated transport obtained from freight
exchanges.
2. The website guarantees that the goods will be shipped within 48 hours from the moment
the amount due is credited to the Administrator’s account, except for products that
require additional preparation or modification at the customer’s request. The exception
are holidays, about which the administrator will inform the customer when placing an
order on the Website.
3. The administrator is not responsible for delays in the execution of the order on the part of
the courier company.
4. The cost of delivery to other countries outside the European Union is valued according to
the current price list selected by us or the customer of the courier company.

§6 Returns

1. In accordance with the Act of May 30, 2014 “On consumer rights”, the customer may
return the goods within 14 days from the date of its receipt, without giving the reason for
the return.
2. The condition for the return is to return the goods intact. The goods must be complete
with the proof of purchase, have the original packaging, cannot bear any signs of use.
The refund for the returned goods is made by bank transfer to the account number
provided by the Customer within 7 days from the date of receipt of the returned goods. In
this case, the Customer bears the costs of returning the goods, which will be deducted by
the Service at the time of refund.
3. In order to exercise the right to withdraw from a distance contract, the consumer should
submit an appropriate statement and provide proof of purchase. These documents can
be submitted by sending an e-mail to info@craftartindustry.com

§7 Complaints

1. Upon receipt of the parcel, check that the packaging has not been tampered with or
damaged. If the parcel shows signs of tampering or damage – a report should be drawn
up in the presence of the courier. It is necessary when making claims against the carrier.
2. If, after receiving the goods, the customer finds technical defects or damage during
delivery, he should contact us by e-mail at info@craftartindustry.com in order to
determine the manner of considering the complaint. All complaints are considered within
30 working days of their receipt at the latest. The damaged product will be repaired or
replaced with another, and if it is no longer possible (for example due to stock depletion),
the store will refund the buyer the equivalent of the product price or offer other goods
available in the store to choose from.
3. Complaints regarding the difference in the appearance of the goods ordered with the
received ones, which result from the difference in the settings of the Customer’s monitor
parameters, in particular the difference in the colors and shades of the materials from
which the item was made, shall not constitute grounds for a complaint.
4. If the complaint is accepted, the costs related to the return of the advertised goods will be
refunded to the bank account number provided by the Buyer within 7 days from the date
of considering the complaint.
§8 Out-of-court methods of dealing with complaints and redress as well as rules of
access to these procedures

1. Detailed information on the possibility for the Customer who is a consumer to use out-of-
court complaint and redress methods as well as the rules of access to these procedures
are available at the offices and on the websites of consumer ombudsmen, social
organizations whose statutory tasks include consumer protection.

§9 Privacy policy

1. CRAFT ART INDUSTRY as the Data Administrator takes care of the security of the
shared data. These data are particularly protected and secured against access by
unauthorized persons.
2. Personal data is processed by the Administrator in accordance with art. 23 sec. 1, points
1, 3 and 5 of the Act on the Protection of Personal Data. The basis for the processing of
personal data is the consent of the Customer, as well as the statutory authorization to
process data necessary for the implementation and settlement of services provided by
the Administrator.
3. Natural persons who do not conduct business activity on the Website in order to register,
should complete the registration form by providing: their name and surname, order
delivery address, e-mail address, contact telephone number, name under which the
registering person intends to appear on the Website and password. In the case of
registration of a natural person using the Website in connection with the conducted
business activity, legal person and organizational unit for the purpose of registration, the
required data are: the name under which the entity intends to appear on the Website and
passwords, as well as: name and surname, e-mail address e-mail address, contact
telephone number, bank account number, full name (company) of the registered entity,
tax identification number and the address of its registered office along with the name of
the country. Providing any personal data is voluntary. Providing the above-mentioned
data is necessary to conclude a contract with the Administrator for the provision of
services on the Website.
4. The administrator provides customers, in particular, the right to access their own data,
the right to request data update and the right to object in the cases specified in the
provisions of this Act. The customer has the right to delete his personal data from the
Website’s database, for this purpose he is obliged to send an appropriate message to the
email address info@craftartindustry.com. The Administrator may refuse to delete the
Customer’s data if he has not paid all amounts due to the Administrator, has violated the
Regulations or applicable law, and the data retention is necessary to clarify these
circumstances and determine the Customer’s liability.
5. The data provided by the Customer is collected and used for the implementation of
orders, accounting purposes, presenting the current offer of the Website by e-mail (if
consented) and for contacting the Customer as part of the Website service and for other
activities related to the performance of the sales contract as part of the Website.
6. Users’ data may be made available to entities authorized to receive them under
applicable law, including the competent judicial authorities. Users’ personal data may be
transferred to third parties in cases indicated by the Administrator and with the consent of
the User. The administrator uses IP addresses collected during internet connections for
technical purposes related to server administration. In addition, IP addresses are used to
collect general, statistical information.
